One of the best aspects of my profession is assisting homebuyers through the home buying process! To some, it can be daunting and need help every step of the way. To other buyers, they only need guidance throughout the buying process.

*I take pride in communication! Like I said above, the home buying process can be daunting and stressful. Two of my main goals: communicate as efficiently as possible and making the process as seamless as can be.

* If you are just starting the process and want to see what is available or you are pre-approved and ready to purchase, I will create a custom search on the MLS and send properties that fit your specific criteria. 

​

* Because of Covid-19, I will go the extra mile if my client is out of town and will either takes videos of the house and send it to my client or we will Facetime throughout the showing. Out of my 12 buyers so far in 2020, 3 have purchased their house sight unseen and by viewing the house via Facetime.

 

* Over the years I have built relationships with a few great lenders. If you have a question on the lending side, give me a call and I should be able to answer it, or I will reach out to one of my lenders and get the answer to you quickly.
